Please allow up to fourteen business days for shipping and up to twenty one business days for shipping of sale/promotional items.

Wigs are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened/used or altered items to be returned for the safety of all our customers including myself. This must be common practice, other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

Please, ensure you go through your order correctly before you place them. We are not held responsible for any errors you make upon placing your order. Thank you for understanding.
